OMG - I tell you, these kids are acting abused.

Beauty must have just fed them. DC comes in with food an is trying like crazy to get them to eat. He's got like a bony wing and the kids are cuddled up as close to Beauty as possible. Beauty leaves the box like 2 times and returns. She finally takes the piece of food from DC. He leaves. She's trying to get them to eat. They are all huddling up together, so as not to take the food from her.

I've got video, but no audio. I'll post...

Interesting, only in the fact that my parents and niece were at Toronto airport yesterday for a stop over. When they left SF, they could use Facetime, Imessage, etc. Get to Toronto, have access to internet in airport, can go to a web page, but cannot message me or Facetime with me. They were there for several hours. I couldn't figure out what was happening. It was like they were not connected to the internet, yet they were? My niece could send me a message, but none of her messages went through to her boyfriend. Today, they arrive in Paris and have perfect connection. So I wonder if there's something going on with providers? When we vacationed in Mexico a few years ago, there were sites we could not connect to, but others we could (Netflix was a no-go, but ATT was ok). So maybe it is a license/content issue?

I've disabled Firewall, cleared cache, cookies, etc. Every other site works fine. I can get to their Facebook page and I can watch the cam on Ustream - bizarre!

Have you tried to disable Ad Block Plus, if you are using it? I've had that happen sometimes on the browser, can't get to content on a site using Google Chrome, but can with IE or Mozilla. Sometimes I have to disable and enable ABP.

I found out why the kids are all snuggled up to Beauty--its gotten chilly. I can relate to that, because there is a cold front blowing in here. Its supposed to be very mild here tomorrow & that's good cause it will be a great day to work outside! :clap:

At least we won't have to worry about them overheating. It is also good that Beauty gets one last night to snuggle with her babies before it warms up again! :flirty:

It was only 60 degrees here today...yesterday it was 80+. Tonight it's 56 so good night for a momma snuggle. :flirty:

Carly, just out of curiousity--are you getting the 404-not found screen? I've been getting that for several days so I think it was an update on Firefox that is causing the problem. (Couldn't even get to my online banking.) I decided last night to try IE, & I didn't have that problem.

No I wasn't getting any error messages at all. And I couldn't connect with FireFox, IE or Chrome. I could ping the site fine and the Rfalcon banner would load but nothing elese. I flushed my DNS this morning and was finally able to connect!

Beauty is so cute right now. The kids were recently fed. Zonked out in a huddle. She flew down from cam 1 into box She was looking down at her sleeping babies. It really was precious, the way she was looking at them. They are all quiet, sleeping.

She was cute last night too when I was watching her on ustream. She was perched outside and they started fussing so she immediately went inside the nest box and they all quieted down and snuggled up beneath her breast.

These babies are so lucky! They have such great & caring parents! :flirty:

They really do! I'm especially impressed with how attentive Beauty is to her babies. And Carly, I agree, if she hears them starting to fuss, she will go in and check on them. If they are hungry and food hasn't arrived, she will try console them by snuggling against them. Watching her parenting gives me such a different perspective. It made me check on Dorothy yesterday as I would guess Dorothy must have been attentive to her babies also, passing on some of these skills to Beauty? And the beam in front of the box reminds me of the box at Pitt-Cathedral where Dorothy perches.

Got a noisy one this morning. Giving DC heck, then Beauty returns & DC leaves, now that one is giving Beauty heck--probably because she dared to return without food (although they probably ate very recently.)

I was showing my husband DC with the kids this morning. Some great pictures of him earlier. I was watching when he was feeding the kids and Beauty came in to tell him to stop! Those crops were bulging!

And, I also think 3 boys and 1 girl today! I was looking at their legs/feet this morning and trying to compare against Beauty and DC.

They are looking so good and the looks on their faces are priceless!
