well little on e had had good feeds all day. It is because there is always lots and then he can scotch where he has to.

a few of us watched very closely over long weekend to make sure youngster did O.k. some feeds were n ail biters and I could have easily turned into a drinker LOL

but I thin k we have turned a corner an dhe will be O.K. but of course we will continue to keep eye out

Cam is much better. Peter say s I stirred the pot but.....

we weathered a big storm early hours this morning. came day late. that is probably why cam issues. mine is fine right now

Very long feed going on right now...Mom is blocking so hard to get a head count..but, the few crops I've seen are huge...

I rarely open the cam when I don't find either a chick pile or a parent blocking a feed...so, when I opened this time and saw they were moving around, I had to jump on it!!!

The wind has really picked up...I don't know if that's why mom has moved into the box..maybe to keep the kids away from the front? I have no clue. Could just be coincidence...but, check out the "white wash"...LOL

Feed is still going on. Good thing her feeds are so long...the baby works for every bite he gets...Mom took off like a flash about 3/4ths of the way through the feed. guess she saw something she didn't like..I could tell she was flying as the kids were tracking her in the sky. Mom came back after about a minute and resumed the feed.

This was about half way through..

i asked them to pull back s the chicks are getting bigger. but it has affected stability. I am afraid to ask them to try and stabilize now. sory

they will try and band tomorrow july16. do not know what time of day
