male came in with food around 8:15am this morning

I believe she is same female as last year
I have sent my Id into Gord to confirm

this to me looks like 1/D but horizontal line

the D is more clear in another picture

this is last years identification

and even though male is not banded, I went Through all o f archives from last year, and markings are the same

she didn't have a name Carolyn .
but sh e is a very good female and very ornery. Gord called her Miss Piggy because her bands are always so dirty and hard to read LOL
she had a transmitter at one time , and lost it . She ws with our transmitter male adn then he did not come back last year.

She was born on Telus building downtown Edmonton in 2005. she is a year younger than Radisson

I will have to fire off info to Tracy. she likes the proof and I think I have shown that .

Very few birds get named here. any that do , I name them and Gord humors me.

I am very curious bev.....when you say she lost the transmitter, did it just fall off or did she somehow remove it?

her transmitter either fell off or she removed it.

I believe she came back without it in 2010. so in 2011 Gord removed transmitter off male

will go back and check my notes but I think I have it right. by the way , the male came back later than usual with transmitter,, just like Miss Edmonton. caused many problems as another male was already there an d so fights and transmitter male won , 2010 there were already eggs and TR male resumed duties
