:sorrow: I'm seeing a video on FB of one of the eagles stepping on one of the 2 eggs and crushing it at the Louisiana Eagle Nest. Then the contents were devoured by same.

Polish falconry entered on the UNESCO list
Falconry as a living tradition was entered on the Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2010. The entry was initiated by the United Arab Emirates.
Today, the falconry entry has been extended to six more countries: Poland, Ireland, Croatia, the Netherlands, Kyrgyzstan and Slovakia.

:5val: I placed an incredible story of survival of a 15 month and 3 month old from the night the tornado hit Kentucky on "In The News". It involves a bathtub and that bathtub didn't stay where it was supposed to...

U.S. Steel Irvin Works in West Mifflin, PA (Pennsylvania)
~along the Monongahela River.
U.S. Steel workers have named the eagles Irvin and Claire after Mon Valley Works facilities.
