Wanted to add a very reliable source got the following band #'s, Black/Green 09/BS. There is only a female intruder here, no male. Source said she is not in the midwest falcon database and she still has some brown on the top of her head. 85 has been bonding with her...

Edit to add some things I've noticed about her: At around 6-ish, I saw 85 go into the nest and she followed. In this lighting, I did not see any brown on top of her head, but did see some whitish streaks on the back of her head/neck area reminding me of Maltese's brownish streaks. Also, I noticed this female has a white crop/chest without any speckling. They were bonding.

Also, the reliable source has added while not in the midwest database, Pa and several other states use this band series and she may be hard to trace unless someone knows her.
