Just had to share this lovely sequence that Ametista caught this morning. I'll copy her post:

"Vergine has laid her fourth egg. At 9.18 Appio got up for a nanosecond but I wasn't quick enough to get the photo. Then she (Vergine) arrived but he didn't want a changeover. It was too good to be true - he flattened down on the eggs complaining and after bickering for a good while, she gave up."

These are Ametista's pics of the changeover that didn't happen... :valrolleyes:

Rome .... Aloa & Vespero (last year it was Falcao)
This pair of peregrine falcons nesting in Rome on the dome of the complex of the Good
Shepherd...breeding on the Ceccherelli gymnasium in Rome.

2 eggs
Cam was turned on yesterday...
