I kept backing up and backing up cause I wanted to take a picture. It wasn't until I got to the 5 hour mark that realized something was wrong!

Hi Catwoman- I just noticed that the Harding nestlings have their bling on this morning. And I know Market Tower and then Fort Wayne are next…. South Bends kids are too young yet, right?

Southbend has been frozen all day...of course, I have been gone most of today and haven't checked if it has been fixed. if not, we're going into a holiday weekend...and we're just gonna have to grin and bear it.

The South Bend Cam has been froze for several days now. It’s a holiday, so nothing can be done till tomorrow?

Uh oh ! One of the chicks just jumped up onto the ledge!! They had better get these kids banded! edit- Little “Dora the explorer” has been wandering on and off the ledge for almost 3 hours!

All four down in the nest box for now, preening, and waiting for breakfast. Oh I hope they get these guys banded!

And now….Three on the ledge, one in the nestbox! I would think the people at C/78’s home town ( Grand Valley State University, Grand Rapids, Michigan) would like to have his kids banded, too! Please, South Bend?

Kids were sleeping and both parents came to the nest box……? WAIT! They already have their bling! That’s why parents were so vigilant. Darn, I’ve been peeking over to this can several times, and I missed it! :sum4:

Yup! The banders were here! They must have come around 11:30 or so to get the chicks. They cleaned out the nestbox while the kids got their bands, and leaned the cam window! Everyone is back home and seems fine :loveheart:

I hope we can get some band/ name information!

All four chicks are behaving themselves in the nest box. Well 3 are up on ledge looking for food… When they come over near the cam, I can read their bands. So far, I have seen 3 of the four: They are all black/blue, and the numbers are 11/AP, 12/AP, and 13/AP.

I see 3 of South Bends kids. One is up on the vertical board, one is laying down on the deck, and another is laying in the nestbox :loveheart:

A visitor this morning...at least I think this morning...this cam is confusing to me as its "dark" when it shouldn't be and "light" when it shouldn't be..with no time stamp, I can just hope this was this morning...LOL
