Mom flew off for moment, baby is already dry. Mom came back and grabbed baby by the neck, dragging it over to the other side of the eggs.

Well I didn't know anything had happened til I got an update from Providence Audubon.

As some of you have noticed by watching the webcam, it appears we've lost one of the peregrine falcon nestlings here in Providence. There used to be 4 in the box and now there are 3. ASRI is reviewing their webcam archive to see if they can determine what happened.
Sadly, it is not uncommon for nestlings to perish

You know, I watched them for quite a while on friday...trying to get that perfect pic of 4 heads...I gave up..I had no clue 1 was gone.... :egg15:
