mwplay...were you able to record? Too much going on at Columbus for me to take recorder off that cam..

I'm sure they had boots on the ground, just in case 1 or both boys jumped...they seemed to think they were ready to fledge anyway...hope they stayed put, though..

Yes, I did. Uploading to YT now, waiting for processing. My feed video didn't process for some reason, so re-uploading. Will be up in a minute or two.

One of the kids, or parent was on top of cam. Saw tail feather for just a flash.

Thanks!!!

It was good to see she had some spunk...just hope it didn't stress her to much...I'm looking forward to the vids...I had 1 eye here and 1 on columbus...(Blaze was going balistic and freaking me out...LOL) so I think I missed a lot...

Did you notice, that even though she was putting up a fight (well, sort of, bless her heart)...mouth was closed and she wasn't really trying to bite or yell...I sure do hope they can help her..at least she's not gonna wither away in the box...

Yes. Sure did.

And she's been holding her head up, lengthening her neck and throwing it back. Again, reminds me of when we have a sore throat and having trouble swallowing.

Yes, the lady with the cam on her helmet is the amazing Chris Saladin. Her husband Chad was there, too.

Spoke to C & C. Reign has something going on. She will be off to the Medina Raptor Center for immediate treatment.

The other news is that the boys fledged. C & C have located both of them. Chad Saladin said they had good wind and both had successful landings. There was a risk of that happening but C & C will be down there for awhile keeping an eye on them. They had good first flights all things considered.

thanks for that update, Cheryl. I'm not surprised the boys took off..I guess they knew there was a risk of that going forward.

So happy that Reign will be getting some help. I sure hope they can help her...
