Unfortunately, no. It is not in the Midwest Data base. Its a shame that not everyone reports their banded birds.Just a reminder that the idea behind banding is that people report their sighting of a band or an auxiliary band in a way that it can be used by biologists. In particular the reporting must be done in a centralized way because biologists do not have time nor ressources to scan all groups or Facebook page where a sighting might be reported. My fear with tools like the Midwest database (which is not the database used by the banding program) is that people will not report their sighting to biologists if they are able to identify by themselves the bird. It might be a reason why many bands are not entered in that database. I recall the link where to report a sighting:
https://www.pwrc.usgs.gov/bbl/bblretrv/ . In the particular case of the North Omaha peregrine, H79 must be reported as a color marker. One is supposed to get an identification within 4 weeks (in some cases they might come with more than one candidate). If they do not respond within that delay, do not hesitate to contact them: they need us to get the data, hence it is normal that we get something in return. And again, even if you are able to identify the bird by yourselves, please report your sighting to the above link.
