Well, Ms Morella is standing in her nestbox with a very serious look on her face…..could it be?

I wouldn't be surprised. She was early last year, too!

Well, I was hoping- however in her “Outside My Window” blog, Kate St. John has said judging by Ecco and Morelia’s changed behavior, a challenger is lurking in the area…..

Morella usually lays an eggs toward the beginning the nesting season in the US, but then Harrisburg usually does too.

I have only seen the male, this morning. I put recorder on but this cam has to be refreshed, so if I am not near I cannot restart.
Hope Morella is OK. In a perfect world we would not have these disputes

Kate said at 4:15 yesterday Morella was perched at steeple and male was on cam arm.

Another person not familiar with peregrines reported seeing some aerial flying yesterday, with at least 3 birds , but Kate said a hawk hangs around there.

If you read Kate’s blog , morella came to nestbox after 7pm today. She has a picture
Sure wish this cam would not want refresh every 10 min or so, because I cannot put recorder on it.

She laid her first egg last year on 3/18. By the time the 26th rolled around, she laid all 4 eggs.
