Miami Ron and Rose at Miami
They officially called hatch just after midnight Jan 15, but As you saw in video youngster was mostly out except for bum on my video.
Every site uses its own criteria.
As a matter of fact Rose seemed to push his little bottom back in shell lol
So call it how you want. I am sticking with just before midnight as per video

Trying for weekend pictures

Seemed to be a shortage of food, then, Rose brought in what appeared to be a diaper, but was some red meat a long with it.
There is a concern, that youngster was eating plastic.( I am not so sure, it was the plastic, and not the papery liner.)
No one really knows but a lot of speculation.
The authorities are watching.
When monitoring the Delta eagles years ago for David Hancock, we saw so much garbage brought in. Plastic bags, sandwiches wrapped in Saran Wrap, etc. when low on food they are scavengers.
I tend to not worry, when I have no control.
We will see. I think it can bring up pellets of unwanted stuff.
Ron, does not seem to be pulling his weight and Rose is still young.

Just went to check cam and it is shut off. Hopefully young one o.k. Maybe the authorities have gone to help. Prayers here

All is well. Authorities went up and removed diaper, last evening. Figured that is why cam was down. People always assume the worst.
3 fish have been brought in so far today. Youngster still being monitored

R6 branched today

R6 continues to do well .
Adults still feeding, but R6 needs to learn more self feed

R6 fledged yesterday march30
