Well so far so good Beau does day shift and Gabby doing evening shifts . She comes in around 5 pm each day.

She appears to be on track now . Evidence points to a territorial dispute. Wounds are healing nicely

We will be on pip watch Sunday but I believe it will be later as Gabby had delayed incubation and a few off moments

Fingers crossed . Beau has really stepped up his game

So happy for this couple . So many ups and downs but Beau was always there at crucial times

Things going well. Beau has turned out to be great male

Beau has turned out to be a great male. He kept things going through Gabbys absences during incubation.

So happy for Beau and Gabby. Youngster is huge. Should be ready to branch soon

March 14

It was quite the thing yesterday. A juvenille entered nest. It was obviously hungry. Both adults tried to get it out, but it was staying. Beau brought in a fish and it immediately ate. Bodie kept head down a lot but was ok. I did not see other juvenille attack him in any way . If you had just opened your cam you would have thought it belonged there.
Just my opinion is it was a fledge from this year, that got too far away and was hungry.
Beau eventually chased it off
Our adults were careful, so not to get Bodie in the middle of anything.
So we will see if it comes back.
I will be posting a few photos of our Bodie this weekend. I have promised this before but life is busy

Juvenille was back
March 16

Juvenile still coming in. Eating the fish Beau brought in now. It is very determined. They will have to be harsher I am afraid.

it has been a stressful few days here with a chenille coming to nest. yesterday Beau finally got it out

I did not have today's video and had no time to do myself, but the juvenille did attack Brodie today . not nice
but I do feel for the juvenile. It is surviving and is strong. It will do well. I think it fledged and then left on its own too soon. still needs help with meals

Playmates - they didnt fight

The intruder one did attack Brodie so , although I feel for it, can’t stay.
