Whaw, so many owlets still (and eggs even) - and I just discovered that the 2nd Barn Owl cam in Israel (the one in Nir David) is up or has been up since ... ? and has a 2nd clutch, too.

There were 5 owls visible this afternoon, right now I see 4 @home, begging, disappearing out of view from time to time. One of the ones in the afternoon may have been an adult, actually, I see 2 owls and 3 shadows now ... They're funny to watch, pity quality of stream isn't that good, but I like the wide view.

Update:
Food delivery - there's 6 owlets fighting after parent leaves! They are close to fledging.

just a wing up. The three hooters at starr ranch's camera are starting to really wingercise. Fledge may be within the next few days. Hope the little hooters have a long and fun life keeping the rodent popluation under control
